CONFIRMED: Man Accused of Raping 11-Year-Old Girl is Illegal Alien

For the second time in as many weeks, The Rundown News can confirm that an illegally present alien living in Maryland has raped a young girl.

“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) lodged a detainer for Jonathan Coreas-Salamanca, an unlawfully present Salvadoran national, with Montgomery County Detention Center on Feb. 14, following his arrest by Montgomery County Police for sex abuse of a minor and second degree rape,” ICE spokeswoman Kate Pote told The Rundown News by email.

ABC7’s Kevin Lewis reported on the arrests of 20-year-old Coreas-Salamanca and 19-year-old Ivan Reyes Lopez Tuesday morning.

The pair, despite being adults, are still high school students in Montgomery County, MD. They allegedly raped separate 11-year-old girls.

ICE did not comment on Reyes Lopez’s legal status.

Lewis reported that Coreas-Salamanca provided his alleged victim with a cell phone to send explicit text messages and so they could arrange to meet for sex.

Montgomery County, which is a “sanctuary” for illegal aliens, garnered national news attention late last year when it released multiple illegal aliens on bond — ignoring ICE detainers — who subsequently committed rapes.

Last week, The Rundown News exclusively confirmed with ICE that a 17-year-old illegal alien living in Missouri who raped and impregnated an 11-year-old relative was present in the United States illegally.

That story made international news before The Rundown News confirmed the suspects immigration status.
